Heart of Texas is dedicated to giving quality service to its buyer and sellers of property. The company opened its doors in 1989 by Theresa Frazier and Dalene Smither. We have enjoyed the centrally located office for over 20 years in the "heart" of Huntsville on Sam Houston Avenue - 1/2 block North the Walker County Courthouse. We have 5 agents willing to serve. We are faithful supporters of the Huntsville Board of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Two of its agents, Theresa Frazier and Dalene Zender have both served as Past Presidents and Dalene Smither has served as a past officer of the Huntsville Board of REALTORS.
